The Oldest Trick
Where to Perform Coin Magic?
Parents tend to still request to have clowns, and magicians come to birthday parties. They perform some of the oldest coin magic seen. The practice is still largely circulated today. While clowns are more known to make animal balloons, and jokes, the magician must know the coin magic tricks for the integrity of the field.
So many magicians have performed “bad magic” that there now exist rules, more like regulations that determine what kind of tricks can be performed, and how. Magic tricks border the line of mass hypnosis, and requires a constant eye on the magician.
Learning Coin Magic
The process of learning coin magic is a good one. The process determines whether or not the person can safely perform the coin magic trick. Each person must attend some magic school to learn to perform the coin magic trick, and while regulations may delegate what tricks can be performed in the public. The person must also take an oath not to harm the harm the public.
Consider that magic is well known by performances that appear unreal. The tricks that are performed can be dangerous. Safety of both the performers and the public must be guaranteed. Coin magic is relatively a low-skilled trick, and poses no real harm to the performers or audience, but regulation will deem magic as unsafe.
The End Game
Magic is the coming to an end in the performance industry. It’s rarely performed at all, and the lack of funds often makes the performance seem low-skilled. Coin magic is good to perform at birthday parties, and probably no where else. The performers retire to low skilled jobs losing everything in the end except respect. Coin magic will still be performed at birthday parties, and on the streets of New York!
